Flow
Ceilings, joinery and furniture avoid hard visual stops.

Light follows the curves. The sea completes the room.
HBA’s interior concept carries the movement of OYSTRA’s architecture inward. The supplied renderings show softened geometry, warm neutral tones, sculptural lighting and broad openings that draw the Gulf into everyday life.
This is an editorial reading of the design intent, not a finish specification. Materials, appliances, furniture and decorative elements must be verified against the contractual schedule for the selected residence.

Concealed illumination traces the architecture after sunset.
Stone-look surfaces, warm timber tones and soft upholstery create depth.
Glazing and terraces keep water present in the composition.
Compact without feeling contained. Curved ceiling lines, integrated lighting and a direct relationship with the waterfront give the smaller residences a calm, open rhythm.

The two-bedroom concepts expand the shared living space around broad glazing, while bathrooms use a quieter palette, sculpted light and softly rounded details.

Family-scale living becomes more cinematic: generous entertaining areas, long water views and a continuous design language from living room to private suite.

The four-bedroom collection is presented with suite-like bedrooms, private seating areas and framed views toward the Gulf and the evolving Al Marjan skyline.

Larger residences introduce double-height moments, private entertaining zones and more pronounced arrival sequences. The experience becomes less about scale alone and more about how the home moves from social to private life.
