Choose a residence collection
OYSTRA includes one to four-bedroom residences, duplexes and penthouses. Start with the rooms you need for daily living, guests or working from home. Bedroom count is a useful filter, but it does not show how comfortably a particular plan supports your routine.
Read the plan beyond the total area
Ask for a dimensioned plan with internal and terrace areas identified separately. Check furniture clearances, circulation, storage, bathroom access and the connection between living space and kitchen. Use the scale and dimensions on the actual plan rather than estimating from a furnished rendering.
Check privacy, light and outdoor access
Look at the separation between bedrooms and entertaining areas, the location of doors and the rooms connected to a terrace. Confirm orientation and floor position on the building plan. An attractive interior image cannot establish the precise view or sunlight of an individual unit.
Request the exact unit documents
Before selecting a home, obtain the unit number, floor plan, floor location, specification schedule and available alternatives. For a duplex, inspect both levels and the staircase; for a penthouse, confirm the boundary of private outdoor space and what is included in the sale.
Are the images exact floor plans?
No. Project renderings illustrate a design intention. Use the unit-specific, dimensioned sales plan to verify the layout and area.
